Scottish Learning Disability Nursing Network (SLDNN)

The SLDNN is a network of Learning Disability Nurses that has formed to progress the Learning Disability Nursing profession in Scotland. All Scottish Health Boards are represented on the Steering Group.

The aims of The Network are:
  • To promote the role and raise awareness of Learning Disability Nursing
  • To provide the opportunity for Learning Disability Nurses to meet formally and informally
  • To allow Learning Disability Nurses to share information about best clinical practice development across Scotland
The Network have created "The Knowledge Network", where each Communities of Practice can share information about what they are up to, and what the SLDNN has planned. We have included the link to the Knowledge Network so feel free to have a look around.http://www.knowledge.scot.nhs.uk/ldcop/communities-of-practice/scottish-learning-disability-nursing-network.aspx
